Every pair at Best Labels is mtumba (pre-owned) that we pick for its condition, then check and clean before it goes on sale. We describe what you can see in the photos honestly; if a pair shows light wear, the listing says so. Ask us on WhatsApp for more photos of any pair.
Every listing says "Clean mtumba — checked and cleaned". We do not use grades or retouch photos. Any visible wear, scuffs or repairs are mentioned in the description, and we are happy to send close-ups on WhatsApp before you pay.
Several sizes per style, as marked on the shoe (EU). Each listing shows the sizes in stock; sold-out sizes are crossed out. Need a size that is not listed? Ask us on WhatsApp.

Order by 2pm and a rider brings it to your door the same day, from Gikomba and the CBD to Kasarani, Rongai, Karen, Ruaka and the rest of the metro.

The cheaper option: we send your order the same day by matatu or bus sacco (Super Metro, 2NK, Easy Coach and others) and you collect it at their stage or office — whether you're in Ruaka, Kitengela or Kisumu.

Your exact delivery fee is calculated at checkout from your area or town.
We take M-Pesa. At checkout you'll get an STK prompt on your phone — enter your M-Pesa PIN and your order is confirmed straight away, with a receipt you can print or share.

Prices are in Kenya Shillings and may change without notice; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed once M-Pesa payment is received. Stock is limited per size — if a size sells out before your order is confirmed, we'll contact you to swap it or return your payment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with courier and bus schedules.
We only collect what we need to deliver your order — your name, phone number, delivery area and (optionally) email. We use it to process payment, arrange delivery and contact you about your order. We never sell your details.
